The C-2s utilize a low-mass diaphragm for ultra-wide frequency response and ultimate sound reproduction and their inconspicuous size makes them perfect for acoustic instruments, overhead applications, pianos and similar.
This is a condenser microphone and requires +48V phantom power to operate if your desk does not have phantom power you will need a power supply that can provide this or a mic preamp such as the MIC100. You must have a balanced XLR cable for phantom power to operate.
