Terms and ConditionsSALES INFORMATION:
Unless otherwise indicated, all the products we sell are brand new and boxed.
Items faulty within 7 days will be treated as DOA (dead on arrival) and we will replace faulty goods for new, all delivery costs incurred in putting right a DOA item will be covered by Worldwide Music.
After 7 days the procedure is for goods to be returned to the manufacturer for repair, who in some instances may choose to replace the item rather than repair it, this is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
You must ship the goods back to us (or direct to the manufacturer to save time) at your own expense and we will then ensure the goods are repaired or replaced and sent back to you.

14 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If after receiving your purchases they do not appear to be as you perceived them, or are found to be unsuitable for the purpose intended, you may, if you wish, return the item for a refund of the purchase price. The goods should be AS NEW and UNUSED, in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and must be returned to us at your own expense. Until the item is received by us you have a duty of care over the item. You should obtain a receipt and/or proof of posting when returning items, once we have received the goods back in satisfactory condition we will refund you the cost of the item. Where possible we suggest you wrap the item, and avoid using adhesive tape (particularly brown parcel tape) directly on the packaging of items which are boxed for retail sale, as adhesive tape can often be impossible to remove, and it if defaces the packaging, it devalues the item and prevents us from reselling it. The 14 day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to consumable items eg lamps, tape, fluid. YOU MUST ALWAYS CONTACT US FOR ADVICE BEFORE RETURNING GOODS.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES:
If you wish to purchase several items from our shop we will combine the delivery costs and make the combined cost cheaper than the sum of the individual delivery charges. In general we take the delivery cost for the largest item, and add the 'cost per additional item' for each of the smaller items.
Delivery charges are weight-based and the weight of items bought will be added together for a single package consignment.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
For small parcels (up to around 1Kg in weight) we use Royal Mail Postal Services. For larger packages we use a courier service such as BusinessPost or Fedex UK. If you buy several items from us we calculate the postage and packing cost by taking the highest delivery cost first (usually the heaviest/biggest item) and then adding the cost per additional item for all the smaller items. Unless you order a large quantity of heavy/bulky items (exceeding 20Kg) the maximum delivery charge is normally £10.00. All the delivery prices listed in our shop for courier service are for UK mainland ONLY and does NOT include the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
All goods to be paid in full before despatch unless credit terms have been previously agreed. All goods remain the property of Worldwide Music until payment has been made in full and cleared.

DESPATCH TIMES:
We endeavour to despatch goods within 2 days of receiving payment in full.
We only ship on weekdays unless it is urgent and by prior arrangement (please contact us).
Our delivery costs reflect the cost of packaging materials, postage costs and transport to the Post Office.We believe our delivery charges are reasonable, if you are not happy with our delivery charges please do not make a purchase.
All purchases may be collected in person at no charge.
